Services Provided

HavenGate Medical Courier offers same-day, scheduled, and on-demand medical delivery services, including transport of specimens, prescriptions, equipment, and medical documents. Services are available to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Booking & Confirmation

All delivery requests must be submitted through our website or by phone. A request does not guarantee scheduling until confirmed by a HavenGate representative. Confirmation includes estimated pricing, route details, and delivery timing.

Rates & Payments

All prices are based on distance, delivery type, and urgency.

• Quotes are provided before pickup.

• Payment is due prior to or upon completion unless a billing agreement exists.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, and electronic invoicing (Square, PayPal, or Stripe).

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least two hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds for prepaid deliveries are subject to review and may take up to 5 business days to process.

Delivery Conditions

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

• Ensuring items are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with transport laws.

• Informing HavenGate of any special handling or temperature requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of prohibited or unsafe items.

Liability

HavenGate Medical Courier is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, facility closures, or incorrect client information.

We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays or issues.

HIPAA & Confidentiality

All deliveries and client communications are handled in accordance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards. No sensitive information is disclosed or shared outside the delivery process.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies, provides false information, or engages in unsafe, unlawful, or unethical conduct.

Governing Law
